12-Month Rolling Contract

My client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division.

You’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

Hybrid working role - strong rate available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence.

Skills & Experience

• 5-7+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe) preferred.
